13 METHODS TO RECOVER THE PAIN AFTER MANY FAILURES.

Many people often asked me on how to recover the pain after faced with many failures and how to regenerate self-motivation after that. I have to admit that it’s not easy to face all these challenges in life. But still, you have to be strong in mind and spiritually. Below are my answers based on my personal experiences. Methods to recover the pain after each failures:

  1. Focus on the good and positive vibes,
  2. Avoid negative people (it can be from someone who’s very or close to you, that’s why you need to be ready mentally) because they’re the main reason why you can’t move forward,
  3. Keep doing and focus on what’s your goals for future,
  4. Do your study and research on what you want to do,
  5. Accept the fact that every failure is to put you at the right path to be success (so it’s part of the nature and process to be success),
  6. You need to have a timetable/schedule for your goals, be discipline to the maximum because you only live once,
  7. Busy yourself with doing the things you love (regarding your future and not something that can bring bad things as effect),
  8. Niche every part involves in achieving your goals,
  9. Learn from your past mistakes and experiences,
  10. Keep spread love and good things to the world. There’s a quote by Richard Branson saying that, “If you can’t focus on doing something for your future, then take a break by doing something good and helping others who’s in need even it’s just a little things.”
  11. Learn to forget the past but learn something from it,
  12. Always think positive on yourself,
  13. Stop watching and listening to something that can bring your mood down, and look into something that can bring smile and laughter to yourself.

6 ways to regenerate your self-motivation:

  • Listen to your heart, again AVOID negative people/environment.
  • Do a lot of reading inspirational stories, articles and quotes from those people who already succeed in their life.
  • Spread love and love yourself more by a positive thoughts about yourself (never look down on yourself).
  • Watch TED Talks.
  • Be close with positive people in your life (it can be the one who always be there for you or someone who give their support to you even from far).
  • Find a right mentor for you to refer, keep in touch and ask for guide.
